During our stay at Geres, we were captivated by the breathtaking view from our spacious terrace. The mountains provided a stunning backdrop to our relaxing retreat. The room itself was well-appointed, complete with all the necessary amenities such as towels, blankets, and toiletries. The staff at Geres Guest House were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any needs or questions. We felt welcome and well-taken care of throughout our time there. We also appreciated the convenient location, which allowed us to easily access beautiful hiking trails. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. Despite a minor drawback of the small bathroom size in our initial room, the situation was promptly resolved by the accommodating staff, who provided us with a much more comfortable and modern room the next morning. The only other slight inconvenience was the limited channel selection on the TV sets. However, these minor issues did not overshadow the overall excellence of our stay. We highly recommend Geres Guest House for its outstanding accommodations, friendly staff, and beautiful location. a fantastic experience that we would happily repeat.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at Geres. The room was excellent, with a cozy and clean atmosphere. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the river and mountains. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. The owners were lovely and provided a warm welcome. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to friends or anyone else looking for a great place to stay.
There were a couple of minor issues during my stay. The shower doors in my room couldn't be closed properly, and the shower itself wasn't well fixated on the wall.

The room was amazing, with a fantastic view of the river and mountains. the bed was super comfy and the sheets were soft and luxurious. the manager was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He even drove us to the trailhead when the taxi was unavailable. His recommendations for trails and restaurants were spot on.
My only complaint was that the bed was a bit short for my tall husband, and the mattress sagged a little. However, this didn't take away from the overall enjoyment of our trip.
